Medipenis xDxD
Lets just say, this is a tribute to one of the most HALLARIOUS bugs I have ever seen xD. A sudden death round randomed all spys/melee and then 2 players had THIS happen to them. Another spy had a sticky grenade launcher on his foot, but we all wanted the Medipenis too :<
I wouldn't trust the spy with the kritzpenar though o.O
Didn't go perfectionist on this hence the scribbly look.
