I submit this half done cause I dunno what to do with it. I just dunno how to aproch shading mist/fog with a pen ><

The upper body is good, working on tail a bit, but then frusteration set in. This is what I have been having everytime I try to draw......I get somthing half done then I drop it cause somthing doesnt turn out right ><
