The first one I saw was by ~Shouathra (resulting from a weird convo that warped "the cake is a lie" into "the cake is a pie" into "the cake is a spy"), though I'm pretty sure the pun had made it around before that. I see sprays of it a lot in-game. XD I figure the gag is in open-season so anybody can make takes on it without being considered to be ripping it off from anyone. If that... makes any sense at all.
